If you need a replacement for one of the Primary Pieces of your futon frame (backdeck, slat, Seat deck, right armrest or left and front or back cross rail) It is important to know the brand of the futon frame you have. Your invoice from the retailer should detail that information |
Below is a brief list of futon parts we normally have available:
Futon Parts will become obsolete from time to time, and even the futon parts we have in stock are part of a very limited stock in the United States. You are advised to consider ordering extra replacement futon parts for the simple reason that the futon parts we have today could go into futon parts extinction as well.
When measuring futon parts, try to be as precise as possible. If you do not have a part to measure, consider measuring the futon parts that connect to the spare part you require.

Cleavis Pins
This 3 piece Clevis Pin Set includes 1 clevis pin (in the length you specify), one washer and one cotter pin. This item is non refundable. If you think the clevis pin is too long, you can add several washers to the end between the cotter pin and the inside of the futon hinge. You do not want the clevis pin to be too loose, or it might scrape and damage the inside side of you futon. Therefore, if you think you need extra washers, we recommend you order them. You also want to make certain the your clevis pin is not too tight either.

Wood Buttons
Buttons or Plugs- (8 to a Set) Please Note: (These are only for futon frames) These are the little plugs that cover the holes where the bolts go. There are tons of colors, and the size of the part that goes into the hole is about 1/2". You could try 10 of these on some will be slightly too small and you might need to put a little tape around them, or use some glue. Others will be slightly too large and you might need to sand them down a little. The best way to do this is to send us one of your pieces, and we will try to match the color and the size as good as we can and then send them to you. You don't need these pieces at all to make your futon work, so they are really just aesthetic pieces. If they don't work you can do as we suggest above to make them work. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON THESE. WE ARE CHARGING FOR THE TIME TO SORT THROUGH HUNDREDS OF THEM TO FIND A MATCH FOR YOU BUT THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES THAT THEY WILL FIT.
