Tape edge construction seals the comfort inside and tailors the edge of durability.	Orion The Orion has a unique firmness with unmatched comfort level. Compares very favorably with 'natural latex'. Comet The Comet has a soft, yet very dense side with incredible long lasting support. Characteristics are: 1. 7.25 oz twill fabric which provides proper strength to contain overstuffed cushioning material 2. 1.5" layer of thermal bonded polyester wrap for a clean, finished appearance 3. 9" (3 pieces) of 1.8 HD, high resilience convoluted foam to provide flexibility and comfort. 4. Bench built construction to ensure each mattress is built to quality, uniformity and maximum fill density. 5. 8' box type construction - heavy duty outer shell for sturdy support 6. Nylon tufts - the strongest wear-resistant tufting material to endure the pressurization process. 7. Compression lace tufting - pressurizes 13" of overstuffed goods to fit inside a true 8" box corner 8. Tape edge construction 9. Weight per size - 45 pounds	Phoenix The Phoenix foam mattress has the following characteristics: 1. 7 1/2 oz twill fabric provides strength to hold the tuft in the mattress. 2. 10" blend of high performance foam which has a minimum 2 lb and 2.5 lb density that provides the ability to keep the mattress looking and feeling good. 3. A dense layer of polyester gives the mattress a clean finished look. 4. Machine tufting reduces the thickness of the mattress to lock in long mattress life. 5. The tape edge closing process insures proper fit and finish of the mattress cover.
